Mosaic Factors

Mosaic Factors is a valuable addition to the Mosaic family of segmentation tools. The Factors describe any underlying themes in the source data from which Mosaic is constructed. The NZ Mosaic Factors consist of six scores for every Census Meshblock in NZ. A Meshblock represents an area of approximately 50–60 households, altogether there are 41,362 Meshblocks covering NZ. Each of the six scores or Factors represents a separate key characteristic of the Meshblock.

As the Factors are continuous they are ideally suited to statistical modelling, particularly techniques such as regression that require uncorrelated input variables. They are quick and easy to use and can add value to your statistical modelling or ‘Datamining’ projects.

Age

AGE is a simple tool to predict a person’s age based on their first name. An age band can then be appended to prospect data or customer data with reasonable confidence providing another filter that can be used to qualify direct mail prospects or in analysis.Estimated AGE can be appended to your data or licensed as a directory for your own in-house use.

Prospect Universe - Mailing Lists

PMP Micromarketing’s Prospect Universe consumer mailing list database contains names and addresses for over 600,000 people. These prospects can be qualified or filtered using Mosaic, Mosaic Factors, age, gender and by geography to ensure you only reach the right people with your mail campaigns and keep response rates up. Kaleidoscope Plus

PMP Micromarketing has developed an integrated PC based software application that will parse and match your customer address data and append additional information from the following sources.

This easy to use software will read in a standard address file and output the same file with the selected or licensed information appended. Kaleidoscope will also produce simple Mosaic profile reports if the user has the appropriate licence.
